Our Regional Customer Care Centres, are just that; regional. We do not run a large faceless contact centre, in the centre of a sprawling business park, ours are within our depots. Therefore the teams know the business they are working in, understand it and have a good relationship with our operating depots. Each centre is staffed with a manager and team leaders, and up to 30 advisors. Therefore over time you will get to know the staff you speak to. We strongly believe that this relationship is critical to the ongoing success of ours and your business.

We run a programme of continuous training and development in our centres, to keep our teams aware of what is going on, and up to date. We believe that this ongoing programme of personal development keeps our staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and this comes across when they talk to you. We also regularly monitor calls so that we can see how they are doing and give live hot feedback, occasionally we record calls.
Our Regional customer care teams are there to help with you, they will assist in setting you up to get our online daily reports so you know what is happening with your consignments. They will guide you on how to use our up to date on line track and trace facilities.
